*Attention Runners*

Why? Why do you run? I see you, running, never smiling. Is it fun? Does it really clear your head? Do you like it? What in the world got you started? Who got you started?

I work with a group of people (guys) who run on their lunch hour. They dread the moment they leave, but I notice when they return, they are more energized and ready to tackle the rest of the afternoon. They are all thin as well. I mean, fit/thin. Not sickly thin. Some of them eat well most of the time and others eat well maybe once a month. They have all invited me to go run with them…and no. Never have I ever. I don’t even know how to run. I mean, I suppose if I was being chased by something truly frightening, I would quickly figure it out. Wait…no, I would most likely trip, fall and be murdered.

So, if you know someone, or you are someone who runs…please give me some insight. ❤ Where do I go to learn how to properly run?

  1. Get out there and learn as you go! The more you think about it, the less likely you probably are to start running. Sometimes we’ve got to bypass all our skeptical thoughts and just go do it!
I hope you try it–one of my favorite things in the world!
